Should the guest clean before leaving?
You are not expected to clean the place but you should tidy the rooms and clean the dishes. This will be good for you to get a good review from the innkeeper for future bookings.
How do we get the keys for the BnB?
Usually, you meet the host or someone nearby to receive the key. Other ways may apply, like the keys will be hidden near the front door; or the keys will be locked in a key box which opens with a code.
What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to check in will receive a full refund, minus a $25 change of reservation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check in will be charged for the first night’s stay. Reservations that are cancelled 48 hours or less may be charged the entirety of the reserved stay.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in begins at 3:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM. Please note, due to COVID-19, we are currently practicing contactless check-ins for all guests. Further instructions to access your key will be provided on the day of check-in via phone and email.

Do you allow same day booking?

We do allow same day booking on condition of availability of property and allowing innkeeper to properly prepare for the guests. Usually reservations must be made by 7:00 PM the day before your check in.

What is your payment policy?

A cash deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. A cash or cheque payment is due in full at check in.

Can I request an early check in or late check out?

Although we do not encourage early check-ins or late check-outs, we understand that flexibility with timing is sometimes necessary. Please call or email the innkeepers to arrange.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are usually welcome. Some of the innkeepers charge a “pet fee”. The rates and conditions depend on the location and the innkeeper. Pets may not be left unattended in the place, unless crated.
How do I book a BNB on wawbnb.com?

To book your bed & breakfast, login to www.wawbnb.com and discover the destinations of the moment on our website’s home page. Choose where would you like to stay and follow the steps or call our reservation center for human assistance.

I want to cancel or change my booking. Will I still be billed for my stay?

It is best to start by reading the cancellation policy for your booking to confirm whether or not it can be cancelled or modified. Your stay will be billed subject to the cancellation policy for your booking.

How can I extend my stay?

You can extend your stay, by simply submitting a request to the innkeeper always subject to availability for the requested dates, or through our reservation center on the phone: 961 3 316318.

What happens if something get damaged?

The listing is usually set up with a security deposit; If the damage cost more than the security deposit and the booking was made through wawbnb.com, you will be covered by our insurance terms.

Where does wawbnb.com currently operate?

All types, apartments and houses, chalets, spare rooms and even house boats and caravans. Most of our properties are located in tourist areas around.

We currently operate in Lebanon and planning to expand to Dubai, Riyadh, London, Paris, Cannes, and many other cities of the world.

What does wawbnb.com do?
What happens if I decide to stop working with wawbnb.com?

In short, we help property owners increase their income with short-term rental solutions, while reducing their workload at the same time. We manage the day-to-day operations and marketing including online listing, photography, pricing management, guest communication, and check-in of guests.

Please inform us at least 30 days before the day you wish to terminate your contract and we will simply deactivate and hand over your listing back to you. Please note you must honor all upcoming bookings regardless of the cancellation period, or pay the cancellation fees per booking if you need to cancel them.

What happens if guests damage or steals my property?
Do I have to pay a set-up fee to get started?

We have strong processes to vet guests and ensure we control who stays at your place, but we do ask you to not keep any valuable in the property. In the unlikely event, guests damage or steal from your property, our team of issue resolution specialists will do their best to recover the loss. When the booking is made through wawbnb.com, you are eligible for a $1,000,000 Host Guarantee coverage at no additional cost.

In order to get your property set up and ready for guests, we charge a one-time onboarding fee (dependent on property size, location, and availability) which covers the cost of a photo shoot, setting up the online listing/s on the different short-let platforms, and also includes a visit from a member of staff who will go by your property to ensure your home has everything required in order to receive guests. The onboarding fee isn’t charged upfront, it is deducted at the end of your first month’s rental income.
